These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this Site, operated by VG Equity Partners, S.L.. They do not constitute, and should not be interpreted as, a contract for the sale or reservation of any property in the Ordino Prestige development. Property transactions are governed exclusively by separate, definitive sale and purchase agreements executed directly between VG Equity Partners, S.L. (or its authorized representatives) and a buyer, under Andorran law and formalized before an Andorran notary as required.

By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

3. Nature of Site Content

Content on this Site — including renders, floor plans, unit specifications, pricing indications (if any), and availability — is provided for general informational purposes and is subject to change without notice as the project progresses through design, permitting, and construction. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer, reservation, or guarantee of availability of any specific unit.
