As an Andorran entity, VG Equity Partners, S.L. processes personal data in accordance with Andorra's Qualified Law on the Protection of Personal Data (Llei qualificada de protecció de dades personals) and is subject to the oversight of the Agència Andorrana de Protecció de Dades (APDA), Andorra's data protection authority. Andorra's data protection framework has been recognized by the European Commission as providing a level of protection equivalent to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For visitors and enquirers who are residents of the European Union or European Economic Area, we apply the substantive data protection principles and rights described below consistently with GDPR standards, in addition to Andorran law.

3. What Data We Collect

Through the Contact form on this Site, we collect: full name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and, if you choose to give them, your budget range, timeframe and purpose of purchase. We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive categories of data through this Site.

This Site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC, ID: G-T8Z62G5PSF) to measure and improve website user experience using aggregated statistics. This tool is integrated with Google Consent Mode v2 and is strictly activated only when you give your explicit affirmative consent through our cookie preferences banner. Through the brochure request form, we collect: full name, email address, an optional message, the brochure language you choose, and technical details of the request (which button on the Site you used, whether you arrived through the QR code on the sign at the plot, and your browser's language setting). We use these details to send you the brochure by email and to respond to your request.

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain enquiry data (name, email, phone, message) for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and manage the ongoing sales relationship, and in any event no longer than is reasonably necessary for that purpose or as required by applicable law. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 7). The same applies to brochure requests (name, email, message).

6. Data Recipients and International Transfers

Your data may be accessible to: VG Equity Partners, S.L.’s internal sales team, and technical service providers who host or operate this Site (e.g. our web hosting provider). We do not sell or rent your data to marketing third parties. Where a service provider processes data outside Andorra (for example, if our hosting infrastructure is located in the EU or elsewhere), we take reasonable steps to ensure an equivalent level of protection applies to that processing. To store requests and send emails, we use service providers acting on our behalf: Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (website hosting).

When you opt in to the "Analytics" cookie category, we share aggregated usage metrics with Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics 4). When you opt in to the "Advertising" cookie category, we share limited browsing event data and device identifiers with Meta Platforms, Inc. for the purpose of advertising measurement and ad delivery optimization across Facebook and Instagram. We use the Meta Pixel in the browser only: we do not use the Meta Conversions API or Advanced Matching, so no contact details such as your email address or phone number are shared with Meta. Where these providers process data outside Andorra, we take reasonable steps to ensure an equivalent level of protection applies to that processing (EU Standard Contractual Clauses). You may withdraw this consent at any time via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.

Your enquiries and brochure requests are recorded in the customer system of VG Equity Partners, S.L., the group company that manages sales for Ordino Prestige, so our sales team can reply and follow up. When you opt in to the “Analytics” category, the pages and buttons you use on this site are recorded there too, under a random browser identifier, and added to your enquiry once you contact us. This history is never sold or shared with advertisers; without an enquiry it is deleted after 13 months.

Under Andorran data protection law (and, where applicable, under GDPR), you have the right to:

• Request rectification of inaccurate data
• Request erasure of your data ("right to be forgotten")
